Students have practical experience with advanced immunological techniques.

Isolation of human lymphocytes and functional analyis using advanced immunological techniques, such as special applications of flow cytometry, ImageStram, ELISpot etc...

Practical course, whole day

Processing and reflection of data in a written report (manuscript style) and active participation during the course

will be provided

This lab course is offered as part of the module "Special Aspects of the Immune System", Master MOLZEB.

Requirement for the participation in this module is a successful completion of the module "Overview of the immune system"

A preliminary meeting for all optional modules of the master study in molecular biology will take place on March 5th 2018 at 4 p.m. in lecture hall B.

It is obligatory to attend all three parts (lecture, seminar, lab course) to pass the module „Special aspects of the immune system“.

An introductory meeting for the seminar and the lab course will take place on March 6th 2018 at 15:30 after the lecture. Attendence is obligatory for all participants of the module "Special Aspects of the Immune System"

Registration is only possible in Group 0!
