The aim of the seminar is to make implicit knowledge explicit and available; new knowledge and skills will be presented and applied. Methods include presentations, reflections, discussions, and exercises.

45 min writing sessions (goalsetting and reflection) and feedback groups will be included.

Writing task, approx. 5 pages; contributions to the seminar.

A comprehensive handout will be available and transmitted to the participants in due time.
