Course participants should be enabled to solve complex questions of international law through autonomous research and analysis
Detailed analysis of pivotal questions of public international law, in particular regarding international human rights law, international criminal law, international investment law and the law of international organisations
Lecture and discussion; assessment is based on a single examination at the end of the course.
Course examination according to § 7, statute section on "study-law regulations"
Will be discussed in the first lesson.
