First experience of working on a major observatory, especially with observation preparation, using a telescope and with the analysis of the results of the observation.

Introduction in practical basis for analysis of astronomical observing results (especially spectroscopy) at the University of Padova in Asiago. Inspection of the telescopes and the analysis appliance in the obsovatory in Asiago. Plans for an observing night depending on the weather.

Continuous assessment (based on regular written and/or oral contribution by participants).

Course examination according to § 7, statute section on "study-law regulations"

Will be discussed in the first lesson.

Starts blocked in IBK (Dec, 14th, 2018) and weekend in Padua January 2019.

Details Asiago: Arrival Fr. 11.1.2019 till12 o'clock (noon), 2 nights at  Observatorium Univ. Padua in Asiago, Departure Sun. 13.1.2019 from 12 o'clock (noon)
