The students are familiar with the chemical and structural properties of amorphous and polymeric materials, they understand the theoretical concepts of the description of non-crystalline solids, and know the basics of technical processing.

Substance classes, morphological description, Random Packing, Random Networks, fractals, percolation, physical properties, defects, investigation methods.
