Knowledge on lab diagnostic methods

Contents:

Sampling (blood, urine, liquor), molecular biological analysis techniques (PCR, mutations, ELISA), immunological techniques (enzymatic immuno assays, EIA), biomarker analytics (MALDI, SELDI, MELDI) for proteomics, genomics, metabolomics

Methods:

Lecture, assessment is based on a single examination at the end of the course.

Assessment:

Course examination according to § 7, statute section on "study-law regulations"

Literature:

Will be discussed in the first lesson.
