Presentation of basic chemical concepts of fibre polymers, fibre formation and selected representative examples

Contents:

Chemistry of native and synthetic polymers, which particular focus on textile polymers, reactivity and accessibility, surface modification, structure and physiological properties of textile fibres, chemical modification and functionalisation

Methods:

Lecture, presentation of material samples, elaboration of work tasks to selected topics
