Academic analysis (in particular using legal theory and legal comparison) of current topics from the fields of AUSTRIAN CIVIL LAW, CONFLICT OF LAWS and COMPARATIVE LAW, which are also relevant to your thesis or dissertation topic. Topic suggestions related to LIECHTENSTEIN, ITALIAN and GERMAN CIVIL LAW are especially welcome. A list of seminar topics will be offered; students’ own topic suggestions are desired.

Austrian Civil Law - Italian Civil Law - Liechtenstein Civil Law - German Civil Law - Comparative Law - Conflict of Laws

Participants will receive supervision in drafting their seminar papers. The results will be presented and discussed during a combined session together with all of the participants.

Assessment of the seminar papers/presentations.

Will be discussed in the first session.
