Learning Outcome:

The course imparts basic legal knowledge on the establishment and strategic management of corporations. Students should be capable of analysing and assessing entrepreneurial chances by means of scientific methods.

Contents:

The course emphasises the three dimensions of the establishment of corporations: individual – organisation – environment. Besides an introduction to basic practical problems of establishing corporations, the course gives an overview of factual developments in Tyrol which influence corporation’s environment like technology and innovation subsidies.

Methods:

Lecture, assessment is based on a single examination at the end of the course.

Assessment:

Course examination according to § 7, statute section on "study-law regulations"

Literature:

Will be discussed in the first lesson.
