The course imparts an overview of current practical cases in the field of Private Business Law.

Various presentations by external speakers in the field of Private Business Law. The presentation’s topics constitute the basis for the composition of a term paper.

Continuous assessment (based on regular written and/or oral contribution by participants).

Course examination according to § 7, statute section on "study-law regulations"

Will be discussed in the first lesson.

The Dissertantenseminar "Current problems of economic private law" provides students of doctoral studies the possibility of a very practical course. Requirements for successful completion of the seminar: In addition to regular attendance (max. 2 incorrect dates) is a seminar paper on one of the topics that are discussed in the aforementioned events, to the extent of at least 10 pages (including scientific apparatus) to 15 Leave in July 2014 (send to: mathias.walch @ uibk.ac.at, Subject: Seminar paper "Current problems of the WPR", please SKZ, name and student ID number to specify in the mail). A theme can be processed several times. Students who complete later this semester with a doctorate, the seminar paper can leave earlier with reference to the imminent end of the course.
