Learning Outcome:

Simulation of the main steps of an approval procedure based on a real case.

Contents:

This Moot Court is based on a cooperation with other universities: Teams of various Austrian Law Faculties will participate. In addition there will be a cooperation with partners from practice (in Innsbruck: Greiter/Pegger/Kofler). The relevant documents of a real infrastructure project will be provided and the inspection of a relevant facility will be organised. The closing event will take place at the Vienna University of Economics and Business where the winner team will be rewarded.

The Moot court not only gives students the chance to gain an insight into practice, it also opens the opportunity to get into contact with members of other universities and representatives of practice.

Methods:

Simulations of a real case under the guidance of university teachers and practitioners. The most successful team will be awarded a prize.
