Basic knowledge in Roman Law of Persons, Law of Property, Law of Inheritance.
The lecture starts with the essential aspects of the Roman Law of Persons, lays the focus on the Roman Law of Property and deals also with the Law of Inheritance.
Oral lecture (with overhead transparencies) with possible participation in discussion, subjects and handouts online.
Subject Examination (part of diploma examination).
