Basic knowledge in Roman Law of Obligations and Roman Civil Procedure.
Roman Law of Obligations (in general and specific types of contracts) and Roman Civil Procedure (both regarding to modern Civil Law).
Oral lecture (with overhead transparencies) with possible participation in discussion, subjects and handouts online.
Subject examination (part of diploma examination).
Apathy/Klingenberg/Pennitz: Einführung in das Römische Recht; see also: Hausmaninger/Selb: Römisches Privatrecht or Kaser/Knütel: Römisches Privatrecht.
Supporting documentation will be provided to all law students by OLAT.
