The aim of the course is not the revision of the subject matter, but rather a specific exam preparation.

The students will revise set cases and questions on Roman Private Law. Preparation and participation important.

No examination.

Literature:

Apathy/Klingenberg/Pennitz: Einführung in das Römische Recht or Hausmaninger/Selb: Römisches Privatrecht or Kaser/Knütel: Römisches Privatrecht.

Remarks:

Three independant terms in preparation of the exams. No enrolement necessary.
