Learning Outcome:

Scientifical review of current topics in the fields of Italian costitutional law and law of the European Union, also with regard to South Tyrol. Own topic suggestions of students are welcome.

Contents:

Assist in developing a thesis or dissertation in the fields of Italian constitutional law and of European Union law.

Methods:

Supervised preparation of a thesis. The results are discussed in joint meetings.

Assessment:

Oral presentation and written copy thereof as housework in the amount of 10-15 pages, active participation is taken into account in the evalutation.
