The course covers the fundamentals of organizational behavior by diving deeper into three essential topics of VU Verhalten in Organisationen (436060): Organizational change, leadership & group dynamics.
This course uses an active learning model in which you will become an active participant. It is based on the idea of involved, explorative learning in an open class environment. Experience-based learning is facilitated through hands-on exercises, in-depth reflections and theory-based inputs.
No test. Individual and group pre and post course assignments.
The basic textbook used for the course is: Robbins, S.P. / Judge, T.A. (2009): Organizational Behavior, 13th Edition, Pearson.
Positive completion of the mandatory modules according to § 7 Z 2 and 3
