We will present the basic knowlegde in the fields of tourism destination management and product development as well as tourist behavior, in particular VFR tourism. Students will learn how to analyze theoretical papers, develop empirical surveys and analyze quantitative and qualitative data. Furthermore they will learn how to lead and organize teams, how to work in teams, get insights into the important role of communicationand trust between collaborators. The students will work together on an empirical survey and learn how to create a final project documentation and presentation for the industry.
