Skills for critical examination and presentation of essential methods and strategies in Media Studies applied to a concrete example; knowledge of documents in a relevant field of Media Studies

The course will approach anthologies as a type of medial collections as well as a central way of forming a literary public sphere. Why, how and in which way texts are collected under what unifying label: these are the questions we try to answer. For that, we will focus on historical anthologies as well as recent ones on the book market and in in the internet. Everyone participating on the course should present one anthology.
