summer semester 2019 | Last update: 31.03.2022 | Place course on memo listCompetence to plan and guide a worthy yoga class: didactic concept of Yoga exercises and variations to preparation, approach and compensation; knowledge of exercise effects and contra indications or precaution. Students learn to plan short, medium and long circles of Yoga training. Individual processes and spiritual processes develop with Yoga specific knowledge and practical experience of the teacher.
Classification of Yoga within sports and related exercises; tenor, purpose and effects of practicing Yoga; history and philosophy of classic Yoga; analyses of actual types of Yoga; development of high quality in Yoga skills as well as relaxation, breathing and meditation; anatomical based knowledge of postures (Asanas).
