Based on the coursebook (see below), active and passive language competence will be broadened by means of a combination of lecture and group work (dialogue exercises) and oral translations as well as written dictation

Written exam (a test at the end of the term, consisting of four parts: 1. Translation of a short text Dutch-German; 2. Translation of a short text German-Dutch; 3. some questions on Dutch grammar, 4. a short dictation (a speech comprehension test).
