Students will acquire detailed knowledge and practical experience in dealing with modern surface analytical methods, optimal application range and limitations .

Methods for determining the chemical composition of surfaces, interfaces and layer systems: AES, XPS depth profile analysis, adsorption spectroscopy, and material analysis by impedance spectroscopy
