Learning Outcome:

The students are able to apply the acquired knowledge and their competences acquired in sub-fields of mechatronics for correctly solving practical problems in the fiel d of industrial mechatronics and materials science. They are familiar with the necessary theoretical foundations, methods and theories and know their possible applications and limitations . They are able to adequately document and discuss developed results and solutions.

Contents:

Introduction to the various robot systems (serial, parallel and rolling robots); Denavit-Hartenberg notation, forward and backward transformation, singularities;

Assessment:

Course examination according to § 7, statute section on "study-law regulations".

Literature:

Will be discussed in the first lesson.
