The course aims to teach students the ability to independently analyze legal problems in an academic manner and to present the results of such analysis. The course covers legal problems that have emerged in case law and legal literature or that stem from recent legislative reforms. It should raise the student’s awareness of pervasive problems in the field of civil procedure and civil law. Students should also learn to analyze academically a topic suggested by the coordinator or freely chosen. The seminar provides a possibility for presenting current research results. The course may be attended by graduate and PhD students.
