Contents:

Lecture in tax law for enterprises:
Income and corporate tax, value added tax, the reconstruction taxart, treaties for the avoidance of double taxation and international tax law are applicated on enterprises.

Methods:

Lecture with special case studies discussion

Written exam.

Beiser, Steuern (neueste Auflage)
Kodex Steuerrecht (neueste Auflage)

Prerequisites:

Adequate awareness fo the Austrian Tax System.

Remarks:

Methodological focus at Business Tax Law.
