Upon the positive completion of the course students are able to:

• apply the contents of the lecture "Labour law" to specific cases;
• solve these cases using a systematic approach;
• identify all relevant aspects or problems of a specific case;
• develop an argument and defend it in a discussion.

The contents of the course are identical with chapters 1-9 and 15 of the recommended literature (Reissner, Lern- und Übungsbuch Arbeitsrecht⁵).
