Acquiring competences in the handling of scientific literature, in the preparation of seminar talks about selected topics in health economics, in presenting and discussing scientific results.
In the proseminar, the findings of the lecture are deepened by means of empirical studies. The main focus is on work in the field of long-term and elderly care.
Presentations by students based on provided literature.
Evaluation of the PS: (i) short written exam (about 30 min.) and (ii) presentation. Details will be given in the first session.
Basic literature for preparing the presentation will be provided.
Knowledge according to the compulsory modules of mathematics, statistics, and microeconomics are expected.
