By the end of the course students will understand the research process.

By the end of the course students will be able to understand  the basic structure of an academic paper.

By the end of the course students will be able to review literature and properly cite sources in their academic works.

By the end of the course students will be able to write and revise a seminar paper as a group.

By the end of the course students will have a basic understand of theoretical perspectives prevalent in management studies.

By the end of the course, students will have a basic understand of research methodology.

By the end of the course students will be able to give constructive feedback to their peers.

1. Reading critically and analyzing management and economics texts

2. Narrowing a researching theme towards a research topic

3. Coming up with a research question

4. Drafting and revising an academic paper as a group

5. Presenting work and giving feedback to peers

Practicing the skills mentioned above through group activities in class. Students are also expected to meet and work outside of class to complete the group assignment.

Course examination according to § 7, statute section on "study-law regulations"

20% literature review (individual assignment),
80% seminar paper and presentation (group assignment)
