Students acquire knowledge and skills on how to analyze and understand strategic challenges, how to develop succesful strategies, make strategic decisions, and to implement the strategies. A special focus will be on understanding the challenges of digital transformation, on the development of new business models, and on the interfaces between strategy, innovation, and finance.
