Starting from the reflection on their own Lesesocialisation, students will deal with current questions of Lesedidaktik. On the basis of studies on the reading behavior of children and adolescents, models and methods for motivating reading and literature teaching are presented and jointly developed.

Reflection on one's own socialization and reading habits; What factors characterize the reading behavior, what influence does German teaching have? Critical analysis of the results of the PISAS study and comparable tests for reading competences; Reading and new media; Opportunities and strategies for improving literacy; reading promotion

Lectures, partner and group work, presentation, discussion, training.

Regular and active cooperation; Preparatory reading of subjects to be treated; Willingness to take over a short abstract, including written documentation.
