Ability to observe, analyze, evaluate, plan and teach lessons taking into account the learning groups' specific background (in terms of age, gender, social cultural background); Reflection on one's own and another's teaching performance; Ability to recognize, analyze and and solve educational problems against the background of the current scientific discourse.

Practical experience in school: observation, planning, implementation and reflection of German lessons; if possible participation in projects, educational conferences and other school events; Additional course for the reflection of the internship.
