Students are capable of evaluating the self-understanding of the Church and its salutary meaning in the context of the drama of the actual situation in the world and the lifeworld of young people. They have knowledge of the systematic foundation of the relationship between church and world in their cultural plurality.

After discussing the question of time, we unfold the cornerstones of human existence. Starting from the biblical foundations, we reflect the doctrine of the Church on creator and creatures, as well as on the end and the hope of completion from the point of view of our faith. The analysis of questions of evolution and the abundance of modern fantasies of salvation is as central as the attempt to take a closer look at the lifeworld of young people.
