Basic knowledge of Liechtenstein's legal order

Introductions to Liechtenstein's constitutional and administrative law; overview over the Private Law, especially in its differences from the Austrian reception model

lecture mixed with case studies and group work; continuous assessment (based on regular oral contribution by participants).

Course examination according to § 7, statute section on "study-law regulations"; written test at the main examination date, oral examination for repetition or special examination dates

Will be discussed in the first lesson.
