Learning Outcome:

Mediation of the basics of scientific work with a view to the subsequent writing of a legal diploma thesis or dissertation from the subject "Corporate, Company and Capital Market Law".

Contents:

Selection of topics, literature and material search; databases and their use; correct citation; structure, outline, style and formal design of the work; tips for targeted work. The working group also offers the possibility of an exchange of experiences among the participants.

Methods:

All topics relevant to scientific work are covered, especially topic search, research, citation and writing style. The lecture serves as preparation for the independent writing of a scientific paper.

Assessment:

Course examination according to § 7 part of the statutes, study law regulations

Will be discussed during the first course.
