Analysis of literature as critically reflected practice; interpretation/understanding of literature as well-grounded activity.

Contents:

Analysis and interpretation of selected plays by Lessing in the context of his theoretical and aesthetical writings; analysis of specific performances.

Methods:

text analysis, discussion, groupwork

Assessment:

presentation, participation, paper

Literature:

Will be discussed in the first lesson.
