The main aim of the course is to develop the 4 linguistic abilities. In particular, it is aimed at reaching an adequate level (B1+ level according to the CEFR) of reading comprehension and production of oral and written texts on familiar and every-day topics.
Communicative, lexical and grammatical contents of the units 1-5 of the book: Nuovo Contatto B1.
Communicative-grammatical approach
Oral/Written. The final grade is based on: intermediate test (30%), final exam (40%), participation in class and homework (30%).

Course prerequisites: B1 level - entry-level test
The course will start during the second week of the term.
