Knowledge of basic snowboarding techniques (Austrian Snowboard Curriculum), methodological and age- and gender-specific approach to snowboarding; Estimation of different slopes and safety aspects, legal and organisational knowledge; Knowledge of judging criterias

There is the opportunity to achieve the “Snowboard Übungsleiter Freestyle” if participants score “A” or “B”.

Knowledge of leading groups, freestyle-specific methods and didactics, improvement of individual performance level

Single tasks, work in (small) groups, independent leading of groups

Assessment of the individual motor performance on a specifically assigned topic in combination with an oral exam at the end of the course + Assessment of practical teaching skills on snow

Will be discussed in the first lesson.
