Students are able to plan and implement learning opportunities according to inclusive didactic and methodological principles; To justify didactic decisions and to reflect on working methods; Can consciously use learning and communication aids as well as assistant technologies and design teaching in such a way that it is possible for all pupils to participate in the teaching and to show performance.

The Proseminar shows possibilities for how the diversity of pupils can be used as a starting point for the promotion of talent in joint teaching, and offers opportunities for testing and reflection of concrete teaching and learning methods. Taking into account personal experiences with heterogeneity and difference, the exercises are used to try out and reflect on methods that improve the learning and working behaviour of pupils and their attention, motivation and participation Increase assets.
