- impact economy & system change
- principles of social entrepreneurship
- approaches and methods in the context of new work
Additionally students will gain deeper insights through guided reflection into their own motivations, purpose and personality traits and strength in the light of the challenges of the 21st century.
In keynotes, discussions, student presentations, group work and guided practices for self reflection this course will explore the interrelated concepts of the impact economy, social entrepreneurship and concepts of new work. We will look at aspects of the economy, organisational culture and personal development and how these can prepare to confront the challenges of the 21st century. A.o. the impact economy, SDGs, ESG, Social Entrepreneurship, Lean Startup, Theory of Change, Systemic Change, Teal Organisations, ExOs, Design Thinking, Positive Psychology and Purpose will be discussed.
