Learning Outcome:

Students are able to subject their professional experiences to psychological analysis from different perspectives. They should understand and reflect on personal, social and institutional conditions of psychological activity.

Contents:

In this course, the experiences that the students have gained in the course of their practical work are jointly reflected from different perspectives. On the one hand, personal aspects of the practical experience, such as motivation, development of professional identity, competence and conflict experience and social aspects, such as interaction and relationship with clients, will be subjected to a psychological analysis. On the other hand, the institutional framework of psychological practice will be reflected.

Methods:

Beurteilung aufgrund von schriftlichen und mündlichen Beiträgen der Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer.

Assessment:

Course examination in accordance with § 7 of the statutes, study regulations
