Students have basic theoretical and experimental knowledge of plasma physics, diagnosis and technology, dealing with the corresponding plasma apparatus and plasma technology application in material and nanosciences. They learn the calculation of functional thin film systems, different deposition techniques and control the material properties of the product they produce.
Practical experiments on plasma devices for the diagnosis, characterization and control of plasmas and their application in coating technology.
