winter semester 2020/2021 | Last update: 30.11.2023 | Place course on memo listThe students are able to build mathematical models of serial robots. On this basis, they further have a command of motion planning and control.
Robots in industry, structure and overview of robot controls and their programming, kinematic and kinetic models for serial robots, mathematics of the motion of rigid bodies, homogenous transformations, direct and inverse kinematics, Denavit-Hartenberg-convention, Jacobi-matrices, dynamics of link drives and controllers, robot dynamics, multivariable systems and motion control, impedance control, exact linearization of equations of motions of serial robots, planning of paths and trajectories;
Continuous assessment (based on regular written and/or oral contribution by participants).
Course examination according to § 7, statute section on "study-law regulations"
Will be discussed in the first lesson.
positive completion of the compulsory modules "Control Engineering" and "Robotics 1";
