Knowledge of the legal framework of religious education and pastoral care.

Education, counseling and pastoral care are increasingly gaining importance. The course conveys basic knowledge on the ecclesial and establishmentarian legal framework for school, parish and diocese as well as the media. The legal protection of school, religious education and the media come into view along with employment conditions, liability, duty of supervision, insurance and copyright.
