winter semester 2020/2021 | Last update: 05.02.2024 | Place course on memo listExchange practical knowledge related to the design and implementation of contracts for (future) in-house counsel / contract writer.
In the legal aspects (Schwartze) of freedom of contract, the form of bondage of contracts, the terms and conditions and the practical design are discussed. The display is a practice-oriented focus on the company-specific contract law. The economic part (Lindermüller) is held in block form and includes the real-traffic control, which has influence on the design of contracts.
Case-related, interactive development on the basis of practical studies.
Comleting the course requires passing oral or written exam in both the juridical and economic part.
