Revision of subject matter and exam-preparation.
The revision course is focussed on particularly important, highly relevant and complex subject areas of civil procedure law including procedures in "contentious" and "non-contentious" matters, enforcement and insolvency law as well as European civil procedure.
A mix of discourse and discussion depending on the (active) collaboration of the students.
No tests.
Will be discussed in the first lesson.
