winter semester 2020/2021 | Last update: 18.08.2020 | Place course on memo listInternational law lectures for lawyers: The lecture will consider the structural characteristics of the international legal order, including, firstly, an introduction to the sources of public international law, to the relationship between public international and national law, as well as to the subjects of international law. Subsequently, topics such as the representative institutions of international law, the territorial regimes, international economic law, international responsibility and humanitarian public international law as well as international criminal law, international human rights law, the system of collective security and selected questions of special international law will be illustrated.
