preparation for the written and oral exams of constitutional law. Students should achieve the ability to solve constitutional law cases independently.

Contents:

knowledge of constituational law together with relevant remedies

Methods:

Distributed cases are solved together in order to learn the respective technic.

Assessment:

To achieve a positive mark frequent attendance and participation as well as one positive written exam is required.
