winter semester 2020/2021 | Last update: 28.10.2020 | Place course on memo listUpon the end of the course students dispose of a broad knowledge of the terms, concepts and sources as well as the historical and general background of individual labour law and collective labour law. They should also be able to use the acquired theoretical knowledge to independently recognize and solve problems regarding individual and collective labour law.
Terms, concepts and sources of inidividual labour law and collective labour law as well as a historical and general background; case-law and legislation.

Reissner, Lern- und Übungsbuch Arbeitsrecht, 6th ed. (2020). Futhermore a latest legal text collection is required.
The students are expected to participate actively during and independently prepare for classes.
