Mastery of the basic institutions of the Italian Code of Obligations.

Contents:

Obligation: structure, subjects, content. Fulfilment and extinction of obligations. Changes in the subjects of the obligation. Other obligations.

Methods:

Frontal teaching in Italian with examples and discussion of practical cases; discussion.

Assessment:

Written and oral examination over the whole compound of the lecture
