The participants shall get acquainted with the principles of the International and European minority law and be enabled to relate this knowledge to the South Tyrolean Autonomy. As an outcome of this course the participants shall be able to interpret issues of the South Tyrolean autonomy from a standpoint of international minority law.

The main content of this course is the international and European minority law. Furthermore various issues of the South Tyrolean autonomy shall be interpreted from the viewpoint of international minority law.
