Practise primary managerial-economic skills and scientific methods on the basis of selected topics; working with and compiling (scientific) texts.

Aquirement of the following skills on the basis of managerial-economic texts and topics:
1. Giving and being able to receive feedback,
2. Rreading critically and analyzing texts
3. Writing your own academic texts
4. Conducting your own practical research based on a question
5. Presenting your resuts to others

The guiding theme of this course will be "Organizational Openness, Diversity, and Inclusion". Competences will be acquired by reading literature or doing research in this field.

Practising the skills mentioned above and being continually assessed during the interactive course.

This is a course with continuous assessment, meaning several written and oral tasks during the entire semester.

The course takes place virtually, but individual units are held in presence mode (with small groups of participants* each). Further information on this group arrangement and on online lessons can be found in the OLAT course

Since this coulse will mainly be held online, a working webcam and microphone/headset are obligatory.
